Engel & Völkers

Engel & Völkers is an international real estate company with over 900 locations worldwide. Over the past, they have specialized in the brokerage of high-quality real estate and have already supported over 62,000 satisfied customers in 2021. As a result, Engel & Völkers was able to win the first place in the German broker ranking for the 4th time in a row.


The biggest challenge was to track and retarget the right target group. Due to the increasing use of ad blockers among web users and the changes that have come with the iOS 14/15 update and ITP, users can only be tracked with difficulty. In the past, attempts to accurately track users and gain qualitative leads usually ended in above-average ad spend for Engel & Völkers.


We at OneTrack implemented the Titan package as our first step, which includes our new and improved server-to-server tracking. This allowed us to collect the necessary and personal data of the desired target group and forward it to the advertising networks.


The result is astounding: lead prices, which previously spiked at €21.46, have dropped to just €7.31 after implementing our server-to-server tracking. This allowed us to reduce ad spend by an incredible 65.9% per lead. But the quality of the leads also increased due to our cooperation.
